{"id":275,"date":"2021-03-03T04:39:18","date_gmt":"2021-03-03T04:39:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lifeintheup.com\/?p=275"},"modified":"2022-01-02T23:41:52","modified_gmt":"2022-01-02T23:41:52","slug":"five-months","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lifeintheup.com\/?p=275","title":{"rendered":"Five Months"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>March 2021<\/p>\n<p>Today marks the 5th month since my son Dale died.\u00a0 I often think of\u00a0 the words, &#8220;loss of my son&#8221;, but I don&#8217;t like to say that as I\u00a0 didn&#8217;t lose my son, he died.\u00a0 It still seems surreal, like at any moment my phone is going to ring and I am going to hear Dale say, Hey Momma.\u00a0 Oh, do I miss him. The tears still fall, the pain is still very real.\u00a0 My heart still hurts and I feel that it always will hurt.\u00a0 I will grow older but without Dale in my life.
