Don&#8217;t worry if the dough falls apart as you remove it from the mold, as you can just press the dough again.\u00a0 We did find this step to be time consuming.<br \/>\nGently place cookie on a baking sheet.\u00a0 I used parchment paper on my pan, but it is not necessary. \u00a0\u00a0Bake in a 350 degree F oven until done.\u00a0 Times will vary, so keep a close eye on your cookies.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-29\" src=\"http:\/\/lifeintheup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/a-014-300x189.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"189\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lifeintheup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/a-014-300x189.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lifeintheup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/a-014.jpg 741w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Low Carb Sugar Free Speculaas Cookies Recipe<\/p>\n<p>3\/4 cup butter<br \/>\n3 Tablespoons sweetener, I use Pyure<br \/>\n1 1\/4 cup my baking blend<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon xantham gum<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon baking soda<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon salt<br \/>\n2 1\/2 teaspoon cinnamon<br \/>\n3\/4 teaspoon nutmeg<br \/>\n3\/4 teaspoon ground cloves<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon ground ginger<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon white pepper<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon black pepper<br \/>\n1 1\/2 teaspoon vanilla extract<br \/>\n1 large egg<\/p>\n<p>Alternate ingredients:<br \/>\nIf you have a mix for speculaas spices, then use 1 1\/2 tablespoons instead of the mixed spices.<br \/>\nIf you do not have my baking blend, use:<br \/>\n1\/8 cup almond flour<br \/>\n1\/4 cup coconut flour<br \/>\n1 cup Oat fiber<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon xanthan gum<br \/>\n1 Tablespoon Pyure or sweetener of your choice.<br \/>\n1 egg<\/p>\n<p>Mix together.\u00a0 You can either use the dough in cookie molds, or roll out and cut with cookie cutters, or even shape into cookies and bake in 350 degree F over until done.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A friend brought me some Dutch cookie molds, so I decided to make some traditional speculaas cookies.
